Shipping Policy

Orders which include back-order or pre-order items will ship as soon as these products are available. We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. For shipments to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

If a customer requests shipment to an incorrect or invalid address, or for international shipments fails to pick up their package from customs, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within the United States.
