U.S. Shipping Rates and Lead Times

For ground shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for processing in addition to the days quoted below. Priority and Express orders will always ship within 1 business day.

To see rates available for your shipping address, please start checkout and enter your full shipping address to see what options are available. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

Shipping Policy

Orders which include back-order or pre-order items will ship as soon as these products are available. We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. For shipments to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

If a customer requests shipment to an incorrect or invalid address, or for international shipments fails to pick up their package from customs, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within the United States.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. For any questions or concerns, email hello@rapid-pure.com, and our customer support team will be happy to help you.

U.S. and Canadian Sales Tax

Where applicable, we charge U.S. and Canadian sales tax. You will see this charge applied on your order after you enter your shipping address. In some states, you may see this formatted as two rates (ex: City and State), which add up to the total amount due.

Duties, VAT and Taxes: Please note that international duties, fees and taxes (if applicable) are not included in the shipping cost and may be billed to you directly by the shipping company. The exact amounts vary with the value of goods, duty and tax rates, and other fees assessed by the local customs office. Please reach out to your Customs office for specific information on duties, taxes and restricted items. RapidPure is not responsible for packages that are abandoned due to non-payment of duties.
